The committee of management of Koperattiva Kummerċ Ġust has decided to hold this year’s Annual General Meeting on the Wednesday 8th September at Dar Sarria Floriana. The AGM will start at 7.00 pm sharply and the agenda is as follows:

6.30pm – 7.00pm: arrival of participants
7.00pm – 7.05pm: opening address and appointment of chairperson
7.05pm – 7.45pm: overview of activities carried out in 2009 and 2010
7.45pm – 8.00pm: open space for suggestions of activities for 2010-2011
8.10pm – 8.35pm: understanding and approval of auditor’s report
8.35pm – 9.00pm: appointment of auditor and appointment of new committee of management

We wish to inform you that although the Annual General Meeting is open to the public, only members are entitled to vote during the Annual General Meeting. Any person who would like to become a member of Koperattiva Kummerc Gust kindly contact Joelle Mifsud Taliana (joelle@l-arka.org).

Nominations for committee of management elections can be received up to one hour before appointment of new committee of management.
