Specific information

Cocoa is a high a thin tree, with thick foliage and white-rosy flowers that turn into pods (cabosse) and may house from 25 to 40 cocoa beans.

Sugar "mascobado" sugar comes from the Philippines, it is unrefined and it therefore contains all minerals and nutritious substances that are virtually absent in refined sugars.

Banana chips fried and dried bananas from Lloilo City, the capital of the Philippines, collected and processed by women from the poorest city districts.
